​At MIRAI Constructions, we believe that every project tells a story — of vision, collaboration, and trust. Founded by Andrew Riad, MIRAI began with a simple goal: to build spaces that truly serve the people who live, work, and create in them. He  has successfully tackled a variety of challenges, from tough geographical terrains to navigating congested urban environments, completing both small-scale and complex projects from 80,000 sqft highschool to 1500 custom single families (schools, churches, strip mall, restaurants subdivision development, apartments complex, custom family single homes, condos, townhomes).

Based in Arizona, we’re a licensed, bonded, and insured general contractor (ROC #353530) providing full-service construction for residential, commercial, and tenant improvement projects. What makes us different is our hands-on approach. We self-perform many key trades — framing, drywall, insulation, painting, flooring, roofing, and finish carpentry — giving us greater control over quality, timelines, and cost.

Our team has delivered a wide range of projects, from ground-up homes and multifamily developments to restaurant and retail spaces across Arizona and Tennessee. Every project, no matter the size, gets the same level of attention and care.
